Place a golf ball or golf tee on the edge of your shadow, swing back and don’t let your shadow go over the golf ball. This will help stop the sway
Many players don’t retain the radial deviation or most commonly called wrist cock in the bottom of the golfswing. To often I see players going into ulnar deviation or straightening the wrists too early in the downswing which will also cause the body to extend too early and stand up. Watch correct and not correct in the video and see if you can see the difference
One alinement stick is at the target, the other is on my foot line 15 yards left of the intended target. I swing on the path of my feet and I increase the ulnar deviation in the downswing- perfect pull fade. (positive spin axis)
One alinement stick is at the target, the other is on my foot line 15 yards right of the intended target. I swing on the path of my feet and increase the radial deviation in the downswing for a push draw. A shot that starts right of the target and curves right to left, (negative spin axis)
nice to have your own parking spot!
